V3 Advertising partners with established nonprofit organizations to help them reach new supporters through in-person outreach. We’re expanding several campaigns throughout the Los Angeles area and are hiring individuals who are comfortable talking to people, open to coaching, and ready to work in a team-driven environment. This is an entry-level role. You don’t need prior experience — you do need reliability, strong communication skills, and the willingness to learn. What the Role Involves Representing nonprofit organizations at approved public locations Having face-to-face conversations with community members Explaining campaigns clearly and professionally Answering questions and guiding interested supporters through the sign-up process Tracking daily performance and working toward individual and team goals This position is performance-based and interactive. You’ll be on your feet, working directly with the public each day. Compensation & Structure Average weekly earnings between $800–$1,200 (base performance pay) Weekly pay Paid, hands-on training Clear advancement structure based on performance, not tenure We promote from within.
