agents typically initiate 2-3 transactions monthly within their

expert buyer and seller consultations to identify client goals and

Southern California to serve as a neighborhood authority. Maintain
a high-performance mindset focused on 5-star client experiences and
successful closings. Position Requirements: Active California DRE
License (Mandatory): All candidates must have an active license
prior to joining. Assistance for obtaining a license is not
provided at this time. Full-Time Dedication: This is a
career-driven role for agents who treat real estate as their
primary business. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern CRM systems

Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
