Actively listen to identify the customer's needs and ask about changes in his/her life. Always conduct yourself professionally. Develop in-bound leads from inception of interest to closing the sale using proven systems and processes. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. No insurance experience required. CA Property and Casualty and Life/Health Licenses obtained prior to start date.
