Opportunity Grimco - a 150-year-old, $1.5 billion signage
distributor - is looking for an experienced sales professional to
own and grow the Pacific Zone for our Manufactured Products
Division. This isn't a "hunter" role starting from scratch. You'll
inherit an established customer base with significant upside
potential, selling mission-critical products (traffic signs,
reflective sheeting, aluminum substrates) that many industries rely
on to operate. Territory: CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, UT, ID, MT, WY
Compensation: Competitive base salary uncapped commission.
Six-figure earning potential for proven performers. OTE- $80,000

your territory What You'll Do Drive revenue across the Pacific Zone
through strategic account management and new business development
Build relationships with sign fabricators, traffic contractors,
municipalities, state DOTs, and commercial accounts Travel your
territory (~50%) for customer visits, trade shows, and industry
events Be the expert on traffic signage products, reflective
sheeting, and regulatory requirements Own your pipeline - forecast
accurately, manage CRM, close deals Qualifications What You Bring
Required: 3 years outside sales experience (preferably in
industrial, construction materials, or municipal/government sales)
Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across a large
territory Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively Must
reside in Pacific Zone (California preferred) Bonus Points: 5 years
outside sales experience Experience in regulated industries
(traffic control, construction, DOT contracting) Familiarity with
the signage or traffic safety industry Existing relationships with
fabricators, contractors, or municipal buyers in the West
