The successful candidate will drive sales strategies, foster client relationships, and propel market expansion in our automotive and transportation divisions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and ensure a strong presence in the transportation and automotive industries. Lead and mentor a sales team, setting objectives and conducting performance evaluations. Collaborate with product management teams to identify and develop new opportunities within the automotive sector. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring superior service and product delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain competitive edge. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. Strong leadership and team management capabilities In-depth knowledge of the automotive and transportation markets Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze data and market trends Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k MBA or other relevant graduate degree is preferred Certifications in Sales Management or Automotive Management would be advantageous
