This role focuses on expanding our client base by identifying potential clients and promoting our comprehensive security solutions, which include on-site guarding, electronic security, and fire safety services. The ideal candidate will have a keen insight into the security needs of various businesses and a proven track record of sales success. Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities within the security and safety sectors. Conduct market research to tailor pitches to the specific security needs of prospective clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations that clearly communicate the value and effectiveness of our security solutions. Negotiate contracts with new customers and maintain strong business relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns that support sales endeavors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Deep understanding of security and law enforcement markets Capability to analyze sales statistics and translate results into better solutions Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales Professional Certification Certified Protection Professional (CPP) is a plus
