Job Description:
Securitas Inc., a global pioneer in protective services with
operations in over 58 countries, is seeking a seasoned Enterprise
Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will
harness our state-of-the-art security technologies and extensive
personnel resources to drive sales and develop strategic
relationships with large enterprise clients. This position requires
a proactive sales leader with a sharp focus on market expansion and
customer satisfaction within the security and law enforcement
sector. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and
exceed sales targets. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships
with key decision-makers across various industries. Identify and
pursue sales opportunities within new and existing markets. Lead
negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and
overcome objections to closure. Stay abreast of market trends and
product capabilities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure
that products meet clients' requirements. Provide tailored
solutions that uniquely address each client's needs, emphasizing
the value and ROI of our offerings. Manage and report on sales
funnel and account status, providing detailed updates to
stakeholders and senior management. Proven ability to drive the
sales process from plan to close Excellent mentoring, coaching and
people management skills Superior business acumen and negotiation
skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to
create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding
of the security and law enforcement industry and its challenges
