We are looking for a motivated buyer's agent who is passionate about making the home-buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. Responsibilities:

--- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
--- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
--- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
--- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
--- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
--- Respond promptly and professionally to high-quality inbound buyer and seller leads provided by Zillow Flex.
--- Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and timelines.
--- Coordinate and conduct property showings, maintaining strong communication and providing insightful market information to clients.
--- Write competitive and accurate offers, ensuring clients are informed and confident throughout negotiations.
--- Utilize our CRM systems to diligently track leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
--- Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities provided by the Obsidian Group.
--- Commit to continuous prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing to maintain a robust pipeline of future business.
--- Guide clients effectively from initial inquiry through closing, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring positive client experiences that lead to referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications:

--- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
--- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
--- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
--- An established track record of successful real estate sales
--- Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred
