We are a leading commercial HVAC construction company looking for an experienced and highly motivated Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Escondido, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing medium and large-scale projects, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the commercial HVAC industry. Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial HVAC projects ranging from $1 million to $20 million, including airports, hotels, high-rises, and other large-scale buildings.
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from design and estimation to installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
• Utilize Bluebeam, MS Project, Procore, On-Screen Takeoff Estimating, and CAD/Revit design software to ensure accurate project documentation and communication.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members, providing excellent customer service and ensuring project success.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC project management experience, with a focus on medium and large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated experience working with commercial HVAC construction companies.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Project, Procore, On-Screen Takeoff Estimating, and CAD/Revit design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
