Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PMJob Description

• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable and attractive environment adhering to established policies and procedures, quality assurance program(s), safety, environmental and infection control standards
• Performs floor and carpet care
• Collects trash and soiled linen
• Collects/stores/transports biohazardous waste
• Orders, distributes and stocks clean linen
• Maintains the necessary inventory of equipment and supplies to meet departmental needs
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Follows rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws and standards.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of janitorial/custodial experience
  • Speak and read English at a level that is sufficient to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Comfortable working in a hospital environment
  • Must be vaccinated.
