Job Description:

Work consists of difficult and complex tasks and requires the interpretation of technical and detailed guidelines. Requires the use of considerable judgement where answers and solutions can only be found after careful and thoughtful analysis. Application specific Documents and tools, Basic Microsoft Office tools, Remedy/Service Now for incident and changes, PMO tools such as Smartsheets. At this level, they might need to reach out to community memberships and professional organizations for advice and benchmarking Work is based on application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Work is based on design, development, documentation analysis, creation, testing, or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to, user or system design specifications. Work is based on documentation, testing, creation, or modification of computer programs related to the design of software or hardware for computer operating systems. This position reports to the Sr. Application Manager.Minimum Supervision - employee will work independently under broad instructions or directions and work is typically reviewed as completed. Employees will work from broad instructions and will participate in setting work objectives and managing their workload.* User support and training (20%)* Application maintenance and configuration (10%)* Application workflow optimization (10%)* Maintain support documentation (10%)* Diagnose and solve end-user and system issues (25%)* Vendor relationship management (5%)* In-person go-live support (5%)* Analyze system requirements (5%)* Project Support of new systems (10%)Speak and read English at a level that is sufficient to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
