Job Description Porters/Janitorial ensure the overall cleanliness of assigned work areas, including common spaces such as the clubhouse, amenities, apartments and leasing offices. Responsibilities may include (does not exclude other duties): --- Clean common areas (clubhouse, fitness center, mail room, leasing office, hallways, restrooms, meeting room, pool area) --- Clean vacant apartments for move-in ready condition --- Clean and keep up appearance of model apartment homes --- Maintain, inventory and organize supplies --- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, rug cleaners, polishers --- Handle cleaning supplies, chemicals, solvents --- Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles --- Clean wash basins, commodes and mirrors --- Dust, mop, sanitize counters / sinks, windows, fixtures, restock supplies, replace bulbs, empty trash, mirrors --- Clean model and detail clean for vacant apartments and prepare for viewing --- Update inventory for cleaning supplies EXPERIENCE --- Reliable means of transportation --- Ability to be prompt and on time every day --- Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision --- Best candidates are friendly, outgoing and display a positive, upbeat attitude Pay: $15-$16 per hour (Depending on Experience and Apartment Community) Please reply with your resume directly to this post Find out why Career Strategies is NOT your same old temp agency we're different we're a PLACEMENT AGENCY Many things make us better but what really makes us different is that our goal is to GET YOU HIRED Equal Employment Opportunity.
