Equivalent ExperienceDescription:* Reading work instructions* Part of re-work process.* Programming and testing of battery boxes before they go to customers.* More technical and critical thinking than assemblers.* Putting together high-voltage boxes, hooking them up to laptops.* Assembly of complex devices. Skills:ECU's, Excel, Automotive diagnostics, Mechanical Tools Top Skills Details:Top 3:1. Experience preferably in computer diagnostic / programming tools (Raptor, Mototune). Used to program the ECUs.2. Basic Excel (no v-lookups or pivot tables) - date entry and organization.3. Basic mechanical skills - torque devices (toque wrenches, etc.) Additional Skills & Qualifications:* 3-5 years ideal. Entry level to 3 years - will take a look with the right experience.o 20-30 lbs of lifting, occasionally.* Electrical proficiency and box-builds.* Computer programs for battery management systems* Technical schools would be nice; no degree necessary.
