Minimum 3 years testing experience (UAT - user acceptance testing)
in a consumer/client-facing website environment that includes
testing and troubleshooting
Manual testing required
Experience gathering, researching, documenting
Minimum 3 years' experience in Benefits Administration or
Healthcare Industry experience
Strong Project Management experience
CEBS or GBA certification is desirable.
Certification as a Certified Software Test Engineer or Certified
Quality Assurance professional or the equivalent is desirable
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and

Conduct Quality Assurance for system configuration and data files.
QA files in an automated manner to ensure accurate data and in
accordance with file specifications. Create testing scenarios based
on system and client requirements, oversee and project manage
internal and client testing, perform and document scenario results.
Perform internal audits to support client data exchange and to
ensure compliance with internal protocol and standard operating
procedures. Ensure that deliverables are on time and meet the
quality levels expected by TRI-AD's internal and external
customers. Testing will occur within web platforms and will include
analysis of imported and exported data. The Specialist will need to
project manage their tasks within the overall project plan and may
be required to define and document client requirements for system
What your typical will day look like:
Test and confirm system configuration in accordance with client
Review requirements and create appropriate test scenarios
Perform and document scenario testing
Manage multiple projects
Collaborate and communicate with client on best practices for
system functionality as part of client UAT
Leverage a firm understanding of Benefits Administration in the
execution of an effective quality assurance program to ensure that
the TRI-AD products meet client requirements and government
regulations. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Work with assigned applications development teams, participates in
meetings and works with managers and users to plan and define user
process and data requirements, brainstorm and demonstrate product
prototypes and determine technical system requirements; reviews
systems requirements specifications, identifies gaps in
requirements, potential systems risks and points of failure and
makes recommendations to the development team.
Work with users (internal and external) during acceptance testing
to ensure resolution of problems/issues identified. Performs
testing following deployment to validate that products are
installed and operating correctly. Attends post-deployment meetings
to identify and resolve critical issues.
Perform testing at various levels of the QA process. Exercises test
cases and evaluates test results. Validates that products include
all required functions, interfaces, and workflows. Verifies that
software applications perform in accordance with technical
specifications and meet user business needs. Identifies potential
problems/issues and evaluates their impact on product performance
and user work process effectiveness. Prepares reports and tracks
the issues to completion.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing
personal networks and participating in professional associations.
Executes and documents test conditions, test cases and verifies
configuration based on requirements document.
Validate that products, including all required functions,
interfaces and work flows, perform in accordance with technical
specifications and meet user business needs.

While performing the duties of this job, associate is regularly
