?The Business Systems Analyst will be a key contributor to the
design and implementation of leading commercial-off-the-shelf
software-as-a-service applications including CRM, construction and
service operations, ERP, business intelligence systems, and more.
The Business Systems Analyst will also apply proven communication,
analytical and problem-solving skills to help identity and resolve
system issues and enhance product systems to maximize the benefit
of IT system investments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Planning
--- Contribute to the definition of project scope and deliverables
that support business goals in collaboration with project
management and stakeholders.
--- Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to
define business, financial, and operations requirements and system
goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
--- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing
systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging
Acquisition & Deployment
--- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and
deployment of new applications and enhancements.
--- Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify
recommendations and support purchasing efforts.
--- Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for
proposed systems to aid management in making implementation
--- Create system models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to
provide direction to system programmers.
--- Prepare deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that
address existing and potential areas on operating systems across
--- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user
reviews, for modified and new systems, and other
--- Provide guidance and training to end users for all new and
--- Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred. Open to a variety of
majors with preference to business and technical disciplines.
--- Certifications: Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and/or
Project Management Professional a plus
--- 3+ years direct work experience in a business systems analyst
capacity, including all aspects of process development and
execution. Project management experience a plus.
--- Proven experience in overseeing the design, configuration
and/or development, and implementation of software solutions,
systems and/or products.
--- Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as
enterprise resource planning, customer resource management,
construction project management, warehouse management, human
capital management, and more.
--- Familiarity with the construction industry, specifically in the
specialty sub-contractor space, a plus.
--- Familiarity with Spectrum ERP, Procore construction project
management, Salesforce.com, Microsoft O365 and PowerBI, and
ServiceNow a plus.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a
high-pressure environment is crucial. WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL
DEMANDS : Standard office environment. Individual will frequently
