Job Description:

Monday through Friday with possible overtime and an occasional Saturday depending on production volume.

$13-14

Mfg Data Entry Clerk position will process multiple transactions within the accounting system. The position will ultimately be responsible for ensuring proper documentation is in place during the order process to ensure accurate system information is properly displayed throughout the production process.

Functions

1. Ensure all manufacturing orders are received accurately after orders are shipped to Pro Products

2. Ensure all manufacturing orders are posted to the general ledger accurately

3. Maintain monthly invoicing and 100% accurate reconciliation to Pro Products

4. Update all scrap reports daily

5. Update all ink and material usage reports daily

6. Ensure Production departments are adhering to timelines

7. Assist with various accounting (including cost accounting) projects

8. Miscellaneous projects as requested by management

- Stable employment history w/verifiable job references

Experience, Training & Education

- Heavy data entry, timely and accurate

- Bilingual preferred

- Great Plains experience

- Manufacturing background a plus

- Ability to read and write English in order to produce reports and correspondence.

- Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications.

- Proficiency in math.
