Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Responds to customer inquiries across multiple channels regarding
products, services, and order processing
Handles a high volume of customer interactions, providing
assistance and promoting products to close sales
Maintains accurate customer records and collaborates with internal
teams to resolve complex situations
Required Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent required
At least 1 year of college or related technical training
preferred
At least 1 year of sales or call center experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft
Office and familiarity with various applications
