Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Trade Specialist to manage and
oversee Global Trade compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage global trade compliance requirements and improve
efficiencies in the global supply chain
Classify imports and exports according to applicable regulatory
regimes and oversee related processes
Develop and conduct global trade compliance training and monitor
regulatory changes affecting compliance
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in U.S. export control (operational,
government, law firm, or consulting)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Knowledge of U.S. export regulations including EAR and ITAR
Knowledge of U.S. import regulations and non-U.S. trade regulations
is preferred
Experience with government agencies or freight forwarding/custom
brokerage is advantageous
