Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager who
will assist in onboarding and educating customers on privacy
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with customer implementation and technical configuration of
software products
Drive customer adoption by training them to effectively use the
platform
Collaborate with internal teams to support the customer lifecycle
and track key metrics
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer-facing role or a strong interest in
transitioning to a technical support position
Basic knowledge of client-side languages such as JavaScript, CSS,
and HTML
Exposure to CRM systems like HubSpot and Zendesk
Intuition for creating accessible and delightful customer
experiences
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
