Job Description:
A company is looking for an Invoice & Expense Processor for a
remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Perform heavy data entry into Concur systems
Audit and approve approximately 160-200 invoices and expense
reports daily
Ensure strong accuracy and attention to detail in processing
tasks
Required Qualifications
Entry-level experience in an Office Assistant, Accounts Payable, or
similar role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Previous experience with Concur is a plus
Strong customer service skills
