Job Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and friendly customer support directly on issues ranging from simple to complex
  
• Process orders, returns, and close sales
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues for customers
  
• Skillfully assist and retain customers through positive customer relationship building
  
• Provide product recommendations and advice when needed
  
• Meet and exceed service, accuracy, and sales productivity expectations
  
• Communicate with Team Leads and/or Management to correct and prevent customer complaints/issues
  
• Suggest improvements to enhance company communications and sales
  
• Assist with various projects
