    • Set up, operate, or tend machines to cut, slit, shear, slit, saw, bend, or straighten metal or plastic material
    • Verifying material comformance to specifications using callipers, gauges, micrometers, or rulers
    • Inspection of completed workpieces to look for any defects
    • Set stops on machine beds, change dies, and adjust components, such as rams or power presses
    • Tests and adjust both machine position and speed according to the determined specifications
    • Ability to interpret work orders and production schedules to meet specification demandsThe essential functions of this role include:
