Job Description:

As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) you will oversee 2 six-bed homes serving adults with intellectual disabilities on our beautiful Escondido residential campus. Job duties will include developing self-help, life skills and behavior programs for residents; monitoring quality service delivery and managing and supervising care staff. You will also communicate with families, social workers, medical professionals and others involved in the care of the residents to ensure continuity of care.
Our QMRPs are supported by several departments including Maintenance, Human Resources, Medical Appointment Scheduling, Transportation and Health Services.

To qualify to become a Qualified Intellectual Disbilities Professionals you MUST HAVE a four-year degree in a human services related field AND 1 year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred and experience with individuals with medical needs is a plus!
$64,480 - 68,640/annually based on experience.
