WHAT YOU NEED

• 
  
• High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's or Associate's degree a plus, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
  
• At least 2 years of related experience and/or training in high volume payables processing; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to do 10 key by touch. Must have strong customer service skills. Must be a strong and accurate listener as well as an excellent communicator, both oral and written. Must have demonstrated experience utilizing knowledge of accounts payable and general ledger accounts.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must have experience utilizing an accounting software system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  
• Travel Requirements: occasional travel required to other Stone locations

    THE JOB
    Provides administrative and organizational support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate processing and monitoring of the company purchasing operations. This includes payments and disbursals to ensure that vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits.
    THE BASICS
    
    • 
      
    • Perform the daily processing of high-volume accounts payable transactions
      
    • 3-way match invoice processing, verifying invoice to purchase orders and receipts
      
    • Attain proper internal approvals of invoices before processing
      
    • Verify GL coding
      
    • Manage shared A/P email inbox
      
    • Prepare the weekly payment run (check, ACH, wires, credit card), monthly AP accruals, and manual checks when required for mailing
      
    • Maintain electronic vendor invoices files to support paperless workflow and handle vendor statement reconciliation
