Job Description:

We are on a mission to find a Customer Support Representative that will join our connected, forward-thinking team in our San Diego office. We need a highly motivated and determined Customer Support Representative that can lead the customer acquisition efforts and ensure the sales cycle is cohesive from initial outreach to lead generation to closing sales. This role is essential to prospecting new customers and referral generation.Internally, the Customer Support Representative will also have a unique opportunity to provide real-time feedback to Senior Management and Clients concerning possible issues within the customer outreach and sales process so that any challenges can be avoided or quickly and efficiently resolved. Externally, the Customer Support Representative will be the direct point of contact for prospective customers to drive overall customer satisfaction and brand loyalty by meeting the customer's needs.As the Customer Support Representative, you will have the ability to amplify your communication abilities, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning and achieve a high earning potential on your path towards management.Customer Support Representative Duties:

  • Lead direct customer acquisition efforts in a specified territory: Meet with customer, assess wants and needs, deliver customized recommendation, overcome objections, close sale
    • Close customer contracts professionally and confidently with the optimal goal to generate referral and repeat business
      • Provide product and service training for ongoing support and increased customer satisfaction
        • Operate as the lead contact for any and all matters pertaining to your accounts
          • Ensure the successful delivery and implementation of products and services according to customer account needs objectives
            • Assist with time-sensitive requests and issues as needed
              • Participate in continuous training classes with a focus on leadership, team building, and mentorship
                • Contribute to the training and professional development of new team membersWhat We Look For In a Customer Support Representative:
