If you have the "Because I Care" attitude when it comes to giving your best and helping others, we are currently seeking a full time, experienced Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional for homes serving adults on our beautiful Escondido residential campus. Job duties include development of self-help, life skills and behavior programs for residents; quality assurance of service delivery and management of care staff; interaction with social workers, medical professionals, schools and work programs and families to ensure continuity of care.

Qualified Intellectual Disbilities Professionals MUST HAVE a four-year degree in a human services related field, AND 1 year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behavioral needs and previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.
