Job Description:
A technology company has an open position for a Remote
Infrastructure Lead Specialist. Candidates will be responsible for
the following: Supporting enterprise application delivery platform
as per standard operating procedures and support SLA Upgrading and
improving operating environments Creating repair strategies
Qualifications Include: Bachelor's degree in computer science or
engineering Advanced organizational skills. Evaluate and recommend
necessary changes Database systems management, enterprise resource
planning, and web platform development software Undertake
accountability and responsibility to install, configure, and
maintain applications with IT infrastructure Follow Incident,
change, and problem management ITIL processes Creation,
maintenance, and provision of Datacenter inventory system,
upgrades, documentation, and reports
