B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in global healthcare, seeks a Sr Material Coordinator to enhance our supply chain operations within our medical and pharmaceutical divisions. This role is pivotal in managing our inventory and distribution processes to support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare products while fostering sustainability. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of materials from procurement to delivery, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient material flow to meet production and distribution demands. Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Forecast material requirements based on production needs and historical trends. Collaborate with various departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals. Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations concerning material handling and storage. Manage a team of material handlers and support their training and development. Proficient in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards. Medical Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
