Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Technical Account Manager who
will support technical strategies to enhance client satisfaction
and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or features for client
campaigns
Communicate with internal teams regarding campaign delivery data
and manage client Insertion Order data
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, advocating for clients and
ensuring effective use of the platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related
field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
Highly proficient in Excel; familiarity with JIRA and Google
Analytics
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills to provide insights from data
