A company is looking for a US Payroll Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of payroll specialists to ensure timely and
accurate payroll processing
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment
and accuracy of payroll-related data
Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure
compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
10+ years of experience managing payroll functions for multiple
entities and countries
Strong working knowledge of local payroll regulations and
policies
Experience managing a team and driving process improvements
Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
