Job Description:

Great Food Company in Escondido, Ca. is looking for a Bilingual HR Assistant. This will be temp to hire. $72K Partner with Human Resources Director (HRD) to assess key people processes and serves as a trusted advisor.Collaborates with HRD and leaders to build a people strategy for their teams including growth, workforce and succession planning, and retention.Works with HRD to develop an effective workforce plan and collaborates to translate into an executable plan interviewing talent as needed.Partners with HRD on transformational initiatives to enhance leadership competence and organizational development to ensure the best possible organizational performance to achieve business goals.Assists with leading the annual merit cycle ensuring fair and consistent application of the performance management process.Partners with HRD on learning initiatives to ensure employee and leader development, engagement, and retention.Advises on and facilitates change management strategies to advance organization culture in alignment with business goals.Acts as a change agent for key HR and business changes and provides project management for assigned key HR projects.Assists HRD with facilitating organizational metrics to drive efficiency through talent and organizational capabilities and culture.Assesses, designs, and executes on strategies to promote employee engagement and productivity.Advises leaders on behaviors to improve employee engagement; serves as thought leader for the leadership team by providing innovative and best practices information on employee engagement, learning, retention.

What is Needed To Succeed In This RoleBachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a major or emphasis in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum 5 years of related HR experience required.
