Job Description:
As a cornerstone of hospitality and food service excellence,
Aramark seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee food and
beverage operations at our high-volume venues. This role is
critical in implementing our commitment to client satisfaction and
meticulous standards in food service and hospitality. The
successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to
ensure operational efficiencies, superb customer service, and
outstanding employee management. This position offers a pivotal

aligns with Aramark's visionary goals. Assist the General Manager
in daily operations and strategic planning of the food and beverage
department Manage and lead staff, ensuring high levels of team
performance and customer service Financial oversight including
budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L statements Ensure
compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Implement and
refine operational systems to improve efficiency and customer
satisfaction Liaise with suppliers and maintain productive
relationships Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to
maintain the quality of service Conduct regular staff training
sessions on best practices and innovations in the food service
industry Strong leadership and people management skills Proficient
in budget management and financial analysis Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to resolve conflicts and handle
stressful situations Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in
the hospitality industry Experience with inventory management and
procurement Proficient in MS Office and relevant software for
