shifts a week available) 3 shift options: 10am-4pm, 12pm-8pm or

Description: As a cross trained Cook/Cashier at our Liberty Public
Market location, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an
unforgettable dining experience to our guests. Your
responsibilities will include: Providing excellent customer service
with a smile. Prepare fresh seafood rolls and fried seafood dishes
for customers. Ensuring timely completion of all online and food
hall orders with precision and care. Preparing ingredients, sauces,
and menu items with attention to detail. Collaborating with the
kitchen team to execute dishes flawlessly. Maintaining cleanliness,
organization and food safety of the kitchen and workstation.
Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Sharing our founder's backstory and product knowledge with
enthusiasm. We're looking for individuals who are: Experienced in
cooking or back-of-the-house operations in a quick service
environment (preferred). Reliable and able to meet scheduling
commitments. Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the
kitchen team. Detail-oriented with a passion for culinary
excellence. Committed to maintaining workplace safety and
cleanliness. Team players who thrive in a collaborative
environment. Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English) preferred
