• At least 1 year of restaurant/bar direct supervisor or managerial experience
• Strong beverage background, comfortable working behind the bar when needed
• RBS/Food Handlers certifications

    • Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, and train team members in restaurant activities
    • Monitor and evaluate team member performance
    • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
    • Manage product quality, service satisfaction, and address issues
