Job Description Provide prompt and friendly customer support via ticketing (emails), possibly via chat on issues ranging from simple to complex Process orders and assist with returns Troubleshoot technical and billing issues for customers Skillfully assist and retain customers through positive customer relationship building Provide product recommendations and style advice when needed Meet and exceed service, accuracy, and productivity expectations Communicate with Management to correct and prevent customer complaints/issues Serve as go-between for customer support in California and the PrintTech warehouse Suggest improvements that enhance company communications (i.e. FAQ---s, website) Ability and willingness to follow internal processes such as being available on chat for speedy collaboration throughout your shift Assist with various projects Company Description TREX strives to provide all customers with the highest level of service within the industry and our customer support team is on the front line.
