Job Description Company Description We are a home healthcare staffing agency that covers all of southern California, in which we need continuous additions to our team, as we are a growing company. Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Home Care Occupational Therapist located in Los Angeles, CA. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and execute personalized treatment programs for clients to aid in their rehabilitation and improve their daily living and working skills. Additional responsibilities include accurately documenting progress, collaborating with other medical professionals, and providing education to clients and their families to ensure effective therapy outcomes. Preferred if Spanish Speaking but not required Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Knowledge of Medicine related to therapy and patient care Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Experience working with Pediatrics is highly beneficial Demonstrated ability to design and implement personalized treatment plans Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California Flexibility, empathetic nature, and problem-solving skills CPR certification is a plus
