Job Description We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join a highly respected, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital that has been serving its community for over 20 years. This is a well-established, high-quality practice with a loyal client base and an excellent reputation, reflected in its outstanding Google rating. AAHA accreditation underpins everything here, meaning clinical standards, patient safety, diagnostics, surgery, and emergency protocols are held to the highest level, creating an environment where veterinarians can truly practice gold-standard medicine. You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced four-doctor team supported by a strong hospital leadership structure and excellent support staff. The practice is known for its stability, consistency, and cohesive culture, allowing doctors to focus on what matters most: patient care and professional development. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or looking to continue building confidence and skills within a supportive team, you’ll find mentorship, structure, and encouragement here. You’ll have the flexibility to choose either 3 or 4 days per week, with an expectation to cover a weekend shift once per month on rotation with the other doctors in the clinic. The hospital offers comprehensive small animal services, including wellness and preventative care, advanced diagnostics, internal medicine, surgery, and urgent care. The facility and protocols are designed to support thorough case work-ups and confident clinical decision-making.
