This role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric services including diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management, integrated with psychotherapeutic interventions. As a Psychiatrist at MindPath, you will work in a supportive environment that encourages a work-life balance and continuous professional development. Our team approach ensures collaboration across various specialties, enhancing the treatment process and encouraging innovative practices in mental health care. Conduct psychiatric evaluations and formulate diagnoses based on comprehensive assessments. Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing and managing medications. Provide psychotherapy and consult with families to assist understanding of treatment approaches. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate treatment. Engage in continuous education and training to remain updated with current psychiatric practices. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of patient care protocols. Strong clinical skills in psychiatric evaluation and treatment Proficient in medication management and therapy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Capability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Valid state medical license
