Surgical Tech Location: Sylmar, CA Agency: SnapCare Pay: $2,340 per week Shift Information: Rotating Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position DHS/LA County- Olive View UCLA Medical Center is currently in need of weekly assignments for Surgical Technician with a minimum of one (1) year of in- or out-patient experience Labor and Delivery services as a ST responsible for the preparation of instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedure, is constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field, and set up delivery tables and assist surgical team with deliveries. STs will provide professional services as prescribe by physician/healthcare professional in accordance with the legal scope of practice, and within established standards of care, policies, and procedures. Must work every other weekend and holidays. Required certifications include active Certification as Surgical Technician, BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City), and proof of full COVID and seasonal Flu Vaccinations.
