Certifications: MAB, CPI, NIHSS, ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Valid license
in-hand when applying. CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention
Institute required. Epic experience must be noted in work history.
Two supervisor references required when applying. Description: This
is a night position with a schedule of 3 shifts per week. The role
involves floating to various ICU facilities as needed. Previous
charge experience is preferred. Experience in Trauma Level I or II
is advantageous. Knowledge of the Epic charting system is required.
Clinical skills in care of patients with diverse conditions in the
ICU are critical. The candidate must demonstrate familiarity with
monitoring equipment and technology. Adaptability to float among
different units is essential. A strong emphasis on infection
prevention and isolation precautions is necessary. The nurse will
be responsible for managing complex patient care needs. Excellent
communication and teamwork skills are required. The role requires
the nurse to stay updated on best practices in critical care
nursing. All requirements must be fulfilled to ensure compliance
and safety in the clinical environment. Candidates must be ready
