Registered Nurse skilled in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
nursing. This contract role is based in Santa Ana, CA, offering the

environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active RN
license with NICU nursing experience Proficiency in neonatal
intubation is required Strong knowledge of neonatal respiratory
care and ventilator management Ability to provide compassionate
care to critically ill neonates and their families Effective
communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary setting
Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care to neonates in the NICU,
including monitoring, assessment, and intervention Perform neonatal
intubation and manage airway support as necessary Collaborate with
physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare
professionals to develop and implement care plans Maintain accurate
and timely documentation of patient status and care provided Adhere
to infection control and safety standards within the unit
