Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Escondido, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,202 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years of NICU Level 3 or higher experience required License: California RN license required Certifications: BLS, NRP required Must-Have: - Cerner experience required - First-time travelers accepted Description: The clinician will be assigned to the NICU and will be required to float to various locations. Floating mid-shift is required but is not done regularly. Applicants should confirm their willingness to float before submission. The clinician must be available to work weekends with full scheduling flexibility. National certification in BLS and NRP is required. The clinician will remain within the NICU scope and must have experience with Cerner. Travelers are reimbursed for mileage when driving to other locations. The role includes handling a variety of patient diagnoses and treatments within the NICU environment. Must be able to perform immediate assessment and stabilization of patients.
