Job Description Imperial Valley - California, Family Medicine Physician Job - Clinical Role: - Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! - Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine physician - Full-time- M-F 8 hour shifts - No Call - Must be able to see all ages - Outpatient only - Must have California medical license, current DEA and CPR certificates - Chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, obesity; Acute conditions such as chest pain, dizziness, signs or symptoms suggestive of a stroke. - Knowledge and implementation of community- based, patient centered medical home (PCMH) process with appropriate coordination of care. - Serves as preceptor for medical students and students for Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant programs as requested - Provider will be required to rotate between all health clinics, as needed and/or indicated by the CEO and/or Medical Director. - EMR – NextGen - Organization Information: - Sign on/retention bonus - Relocation Assistance- housing stipend - Benefits offered- Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 403 B savings plan, CME’S, loan repayment - Accepts J1 and H1 Visa Candidates - RecruitWell's Core Values: - Open communication - Sense of urgency - Teamwork - Accountability - Driven to win - Higher consciousness
