Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Support Expert -
Removables.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the CX Product Line Lab Owner, developing and implementing
quality best practices across the Clinical Support Team
Provide technical guidance and support to doctors through phone and
chat for complex cases and treatment planning
Maintain detailed records of quality solutions and their impact on
patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume lab setting,
preferably digital dental labs
3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design in
removables
Previous experience in a customer service role for the lab is
preferred
Strong current knowledge of removables dental systems and their
digital components
Desire to work in a fast-growing, fully-digital lab environment
