Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Enterprise Solutions Liaison to
bridge technology and healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the technical and software expert during sales and
implementation discussions
Partner with the sales team to understand client challenges and
provide tailored software solutions
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and collaborate with
internal teams for seamless client onboarding
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in
coding, billing, or healthcare technology
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, payer requirements,
and coding software
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders
Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and coding
platforms is a plus
Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
