A company is looking for a Manager, Mental Health
Evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient case management and ensure patients are connected to
care
Oversee a team of 3-5 Care Coordinators
Collaborate with customers to report on patient experience and
manage escalated cases
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in clinical operations, preferably in a
fast-paced environment
Clinical training, such as a Master's in Social Work
Highly organized with the ability to diagnose issues and implement
solutions
Strong project and team management skills
Passion for transforming mental health care through technology
