Job Description:
A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician (Remote,
Full-Time, W2).
Key Responsibilities
Learn the company's systems, tools, technology, and expectations
while providing clinical expertise
Identify and prioritize patients' needs, maintaining a streamlined
care continuum
Oversee patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare
advocates to address social determinants of health
Required Qualifications
Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or
relevant specialty
Active member of an IMLC state and open to acquiring additional
licensure
Strong clinical skills with excellent organizational abilities
Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new systems and
software quickly
Willingness to embrace change and adapt to rapid business
evolution
