Job Description & RequirementsTelemetry Nurse (TELE RN)StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 4/30/2025 7:00:00 AM - 7:00 PM Pay Rate: $61.00 - $61.00Telemetry RN's monitor patients vital signs by reading and analyzing an electrocardiogram, or another life sign-measuring device. Tele RN's are required for post-ICU care. Tele RNs monitor critically ill patients: most are cardiac cases. Tele RN's typically work in a hospital setting. Tele RNs care for patients who are out of the ICU, but need their vital signs monitored closely (after surgery, for example).Education/Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): 4-Year EducationAssociates Degree in Nursing (ADN): 2-Year EducationYou must earn an ADN or BSN degree and pass the NCLEX to apply for a license as a RN.RNs can only work with an active state license.ACLS and TELE are often required*Per Diem Shifts Available Recent Experience Required.Facility LocationLocated in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, Van Nuys has a large recreation area with basketball courts, a childrens play area, soccer fields and lighted tennis courts.
