Our multi-specialty medical group, Senior Medical Associates, focuses on care to those in greatest need and predominantly serves high-risk underserved populations. We also focus on providing excellent careers, flexible schedules, opportunities to learn, grow, and evolve your work interests among nearly any level of care and subpopulation on healthcare spectrum.*THE CLINIC:* Serves severe and persistently mentally ill individuals. Visits are comfortably paced with 60 minute intakes and 30 minute follow-ups, as well as additional reserved charting time at all programs daily. These programs include wrap around staffing with nurse visits following each psychiatrist visit to help with care coordination and treatment plan reinforcement, as well as onsite therapists, groups, case managers, employment specialists, and peer support.NP supervision of 3-4 well experienced and nearly-independent psychiatric nurse practitioners included.This position is for an in-person role, no tele option at this time.*COMPENSATION: * $345,000 - $360,000 for a full-time role, and prorated for part time roles. Psychiatry Board eligible.
