Job DescriptionDear applicant,We are searching for a friendly, energetic, team player who is a self-directed dental assistant (DA or RDA) with good manual dexterity skills to join our office.Compensation starts at $19 to $25 per hour and goes up based on your level of skill, attitude, and experience. Benefits will be added along with experience and time accrued with our team.We are willing to train our team members to grow together, however, experience is a plus. We also will consider DA candidates working towards their RDA license and can help with the RDA examination.> The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.> Ability to work with Dentrix is a plus.The job position will consist primarily of chairside responsibilities some of which include:- Sterilization and infection control- X-rays and intra-oral photos- Set-ups and chair-side assisting- Answering phones and booking appointments- Maintaining InventoryHaving a positive attitude and being reliable and committed are important to our team's integrity.Our goal is to provide excellent quality, state-of-the-art treatment, amazing patient care, and a fun, rewarding environment for our patients and team members.
